so since there is no SPL nbh file in all the other older htc phone shipped roms that i've seen, where is the spl hidden? is it attached to the RUU_signed.nbh?

It is definitely present, as everytime you do an Over The Air programming, the screen shows that the SPL is Unlocked for programming purposes. Sure wish it was that simple to unlock the SPL for us.

i don't think that has anything to do with the SPL for unlocking the phone.
I think when you do an OTA programming, they are just doing the MSL/SPL unlock to program the EPST.

This is the best statement I have heard coming out of here is a long time. We are all adults (supposedly) and it is back and forth about this and that with just a bunch of nothing. Is this really a way to help each other out? Are we really that immature?

If I wasn't such a tech *****, I wouldn't waste anymore time here with a bunch of whiny little babies.

Let's get back to helping each other out and stop with the incessant complaining.....................on both sides.

I think we can all agree we are all stoked by this awesome new phone and would love to get the most out of it, but are we shooting ourselves in the foot by dividing this forum?

If you have nothing constructive to post, try posting nothing. Someone asks a question, either point them in the right direction and suggest the search function in a friendly manner or STFU. How many people come in here and are crapped on and never come back all because they were new and had a question and the first response is: "Try searching moron."

We should be united by tech, not divided.

I should happen a lot easier here as we are here for a common good. Some are a little more selfish than others, but it does not mean people cannot realize how big of jerks they are being and try to interact better with forum members.
