Well there's really no need.

Manila 2.1 was designed when Windows Mobile was 6.1, where it had the terrible Start Menu.

Now, Manila 2.5 is designed for Windows Mobile 6.5, where the Start Menu is functional. There's no reason to have 2 things that do the same thing, and the native Start Menu works great for programs now.

im running 23081 no manilla and my soft key brings up this action start menu. I hate it and everytime i disable it with the softkey changer after i reset it comes back. I would rather have it linked to my contacts. I changed the one on the right to comm manager and that sticks after soft reset but the left softkey for action will not change.

True, I guess I can get used to the 6.5 start menu...just used to sliding and accessing my programs that way.

Well, you know you can set up to 9 of your favorite programs on the homescreen, right?????

Just add them, and swipe up for more, from the homescreen.

Re: |CRP|6.5.1|ROM|WWE| ★ EnergyROM "Photon" (23081/21864) ★ Weatherclock Manila 2.1

How do I get programs that I install myself into the proper areas? Do I move the installed executable to the startup area, or put links there?

For example, I install Sprint Navigator and would like to have it appear in the GPS folder. Or groovefish appear in Multimedia?

thanks,
dave

Open File Explorer (Start -> Tools -> File Explorer), and then navigate to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs, and re-arrange them to your likings!
