I had this happen to me this morning on the Dec 4th 28008 build. Also said to close tabs, but I only had one open. A soft reset fixed the problem, hasn't happened again since and I've been browsing pretty heavily.

also has anyone tried the facebook link on the internet tab?? for the last couple releases i have noticed that when i click on it, it says that facebook.exe it is not trusted or something like that, is there a reg edit or something that can fix this?? and again has anyone successfully installed opera 10 beta 2? because it fails everytime i try to install!! thanks to anyone that can help!!

i am running the standard version with 21877 if that helps. thanks again

I'm still running the last 6.5.3 build, but it's been pretty solid. A lot fewer random lock ups requiring a soft reset. SMS and email seem to be a bit faster.

I have noticed closing Opera with the xperia task manager makes me unable to reopen it until I soft reset, but since you've re,oved that from the most current build it shouldn't be an issue.

A soft reset fixed my Opera memory problem i had using 21877 (12/4 Standard build). Yesterday i had a problem using the function key on the slide out qwerty, specifically the function combos to get:

\ / + =

which a soft reset did not fix. Using function and the button gives me the results y + = _ (respectively)

not sure if the keyboard cab in this thread corrects that problem or if that is for onscreen keyboards.

Also while typing this i have discovered that when i use the task manager to close out MS Word, it immediately switches over to the notifications display, not allowing me to close open applications. Hopefully a soft reset will remedy that.

Edit - just tried the soft reset, I opened Word, went back to the today screen, used task manager, same result.

You need to install the keyboard fix for your carrier from the FAQ in post #6. It is for the hardware keyboard it will not affect your onscreen keyboard.

I can only login to the facebook album feature right after a soft reset. After logging in I can see the albums but after getting in the albums none of the photos appear. All I see are empty placeholders. Anyone else able to actually view pictures in the Facebook albums?

Thank you again Japper. I just found it odd that I didn't have the keyboard problem on the 11/27 build i used previously.

I think it had to do with the provisioning cabs. Before they used to fix the keyboard problem, just not in this newest release.
