i just noticed that when i get a phone call, the city and state comes up that the caller is calling from. very cool.

Yeh, I am about to hard reset and see what happens.....Kind of the reason I used to always flash back to stock first.

Thanks rwsj63, I tried that also (saw it earlier in the posts) but still no good. Opened opera then went back to TF3D weather tab and hit the update now....and get the connection error...try again? Yes/No

Ok...fixed my issue and thought I'd post it for anyone else expreiencing this issue. I followed a quoted post from suntopper for a fix found by hoppyshaw here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=847

As I added the locations I wanted, I had to make that city my current location. Once that was done, I did an update now on weather tab then switched to another tab for a second or two, then back again and the weather for that city seemed to update. Funky I know, but it worked so I'm satisfied.

The one other thing I noticed is that the Update Now only updates the weather of location you are showing on the tab at that moment. It doesn't updated all.

Hope this helps anyone having the same issue.

1) Well, I got kind of sick of posting the same 3 responses every half page, butttt.... if you would have read back a page or two from this quote you would have seen the last time I answered the question and why I hard reset so many times, but let me say it, again.... I was trying to get UC to work, it had nothing to do with threaded messaging.

So, yeah, it is working for me.

if your in the manila messenger you have to scroll the tab back to the left, where it has the contact details and then there is a back left soft key.

oh, and another problem people seem to be having a problem with is the other button in the settings tab and it locking up their phone and not working....
