That's because sense is putting those favorites into an HTC group.

This has caused me panic on a few occasions. What does the OTA recording say? When this happened to me, I just waited (nail-biting the whole time) for a short bit and tried again--then it worked. I think sometimes the OTA programming is down/glitchy.

I get something to the effect of "please wait" dead air for 1 min then some hold music for like 30 sec then I get "im sorry but we cant program your phone at this time please contact our cust serv at...". I have tried at least 6 times out in the last two hours... I dont have access to a pc atm (useing the SD card flashing method) as I have a mac, I dont know if that would make a diff?. Short of flashing back to stock and trying then I dont know what else to do.

EDIT: ok wow just tried for the 7th time for the hell of it and it WORKED! whew... I can stop panicking now. I wonder why the heck this happened?

Glad it worked! Yeah, I wish I knew why it did that as well. One time, it was "please wait while your phone is being programmed," then music for a minute or so, then the music stopped and it was dead quiet, but it was still connected. After two more minutes I started panicking more and more, but then it successfully programmed and reset itself. Weird stuff.

look in the registry at HKLM\Security\Shell|Startinfo\HideSettings...set this is at 0 and the setting link will appear in the start menu that directs you to windows settings

That is the only way I have found.

The biggest problem I have is, if you get into a LONG text with one person you almost have to stop in the middle, delete everything & start over.........

That's really not a bad idea (especially because the same MMS fixes apply to NRG LEO & others also)

I'm sure thee day someone cracks the HTC messaging to work with MMS it will generate its own huge thread anyway..........

Thanks. another reg edit that is going into my Juicy sashimi folder. I dont understand how ppl can prefer UC over sashimi. With sashimi you can have different folders and ini files for different roms. Painless flashing everytime for me.
