I'm having the exact same issue. I redid provisioning and it hasn't done it since...although it's only been 45 minutes or so.

First and Foremost thank you Sir for the PM! i barely got off work to download it it just sux that my phone is completely dead so i wont be able to give any usefull feedback till tommorow which by the way is my BDAY lol so i guess you can call this an early B-Day present cause i wont get to open it till after 12 anyway

Try a re=provision...

Well no big issues here other than the music tab which I will HR tomorrow to see if it will clear and some flickering on the settings and email tabs. Other than that, it is running very smooth and fast.

You are correct...I hadn't noticed this before, but I do see the same behavior (at least in the To: field for a new message)...

I'm running version 5032 build time: 11:48 1/25/2010 (found under settings -> personal-> input-> options-> about)...

Which "build" is your 3.9? If different, can you please post it?
