You have to extract the .nbh from the RUU, put it on the root of your SD card, and name it RAPHIMG.nbh. When you put your phone into bootloader mode, it will automatically detect the nbh file and allow you to flash from there.

Do you not have access to a PC? If not, I'll upload the .nbh for you

Does anyone have any idea why the weather animation on the home screen gets so choppy when there is a custom background? When its cloudy it is the most choppy. Any idea why or how to fix this?

you can also just use pocketrar to extract the nbh from the exe. that's how i do it. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...6&d=1268672307

i would just turn off the weather animations dude. i think it's ridiculous that htc even put that in sense. jmho

it was a moment of (in)sanity for HTC (wait... nevermind, cancel that), im sure they just forgot the contract they have with qualcomm and carriers to NOT have proper 2D/3D drivers in ANY and ALL devices they MFG... in order to basically get people to think that the GFX in a newer phone will be better and work to the SPECS provided for a phone... (they couldnt figure out a good way to do it to Android so they just used a subpar screen to get the job done -evo4g first and 2nd gen-, then they ran out...)

true story bro... but yea, like everyone else will say and has said, just disable the animation... its sad but true (TM)
