yea I meant try it as in see if I like it :D , I normally only use the default or the Raiders themed one :D

As for Office 2010... you shoud read his post "hey there, i decided to omit the 2010 release of office due to previous roms having it and users complaining of the inability to easily copy/paste and select all text.

I dont see that as because he was "comfortable" with it... but its what was proven working well at the time when he tried to use the 2010 BETA (I remember, I used it as well) and it had issues and thus reverted to 07

I merely wanted to let him know (since again his reasoning for skipping it where issues from PRE release of office 2010 mobile in the BETA) and inform others who might want to upgrade or if he decides to try it himself (as you said I have every right to do it myself and since people like MR I wouldn't want them to simply skip it because of an issue that was due to a BETA application)



I know you and I really have specific dislikes and likes from each other but please take the time to read a few posts back before you decide to reply to something I have written that irritates you and reply in a way that shows it

K, yea.

It's definitely not Auto-provisioning for me.. It may be Sprint, or the 2 phones I tried it on, but it just wouldnt Auto-provision.

I was gonna overlook it, but read a couple people on here asking about it. So i wanted to voice that it's happening to a few people.. So you might want to look into it.

But if not, manual provisioning is fine too >.<

I read all post friend...I am not trying to be mean...I also wasn't irritated just trying to say there is no sense beating a dead horse....

As for office yes he stated that there were certain issues with the 2010 version and that is why he stuck with the 2007...he put it on the ROM so obviously he is comfortable enough with it...

Ohh )) Only if he will come here, our russian girls are so shy and electionpersons..:razz: But i think thats not good idea, our King of ROMs will burn here, cuz now in Moscow summer's hot - near 32 by celsuis, what near 90F i think..

sorry, guess we dont see eye to eye :D , if his reason was a bug PRE release (BETA) I think it warrants a revisit (but like I said, I wanted others test results before I thought it should get steam)!

(that and using something because it works and using something because you are comfortable with it, are to ME 2 totally different aspects)

i was thinking that at first, but its kind of weird since the majority of the users here are Sprint, from what i gather. so i would think more people would speak up about the issue?

Sprint auto provision works great for me. How many bars do you have when you flash, maybe reception has something to do with it? just a guess, but its always worked for me.

When your phone first comes up to the home tab of Manila, what is displayed in the upper left hand corner?? Also check HKLM\System\State\Phone\Current Operator Name, that's what the radio and NV Ram report back to WinMo, it's also how I determine what to auto-prov your device to. If you have something there other than (without the quotes):
"Verizon Wireless"
"Sprint"
"TELUS "
" TELUS"
"U.S. Cellular"

Let me know, and I'll add it to the program, and yes Telus is really that gay and puts 7 spaces either after or before their name.

If you have nothing in the upper left corner, and nothing in the registry, then it's a problem with your phone, X found a fix for it, but I'll have to ask him again what it was.

EDIT: According to X, it takes manually updating the PRI and PRL on the phone.

mine says Sprint, doesnt look like spacing is at play, tried it with full signal from my Airave, as well as a couple of blocks from my house with full Sprint signal (even tried it when Roaming), still wont AutoProv for me

I had run the PRI/PRL/Profile update about a month+, will try again, then hard reset, then let you know
