Re: ░░░░ MightyROM.com ░░░░ Windows Phone® ░░░░ Update Available!

The above choices are Official releases; which means that the higher the date the better it got. ie. fixes, enhancements ect....

The two options below are:
1 Full Force is based on the 6.5.x os. Start menu on the bottom, different task menue and a few other things.

2. its just like the official but with more eye candy. it has themes built in to it.

but since you just got your TP2, i suggest you try official 524 to get you started. Then play with the projects.

Everyone has there own flavor that they like the best. Me personally I love the 6.5.x series ROM's so i went with Full Force. I tdoes have some bugs, but those are not Mike's fault. They are from an imcomplete OS the MS is not supoorting anymore. If you want a basic completely stable ROM go for the Official. Its Money! You will have no problems what so ever w/ it. With Special Edition it the Official with some nice dressing up, it has custom theme built it.
I would recomend jus trying each one out for a couple days and see which one you like best.
Congrats on getting your TP2 and enjoy your flashing. MM is definately my hands down fav ROM series. :toothy7:Dont forget the thanks if i helped you.

I was wondering if it was at all possible to remove the built-in task manager. I want to see if it might be the culprit of why my phone often gets stuck in standby. It often happens when there are many things running and/or during a long install like during the Dusk or Blackout II themes.

I can almost guarantee you it is not the task manager. I've had some bear roms with out any extra bloatware and it still happens. It might be something between the operating system and the hardware.

if it's cooked into the ROM you can not uninstall it, but you could remove it from the startup folder so it's not running I am guessing.

Well there has been many threads about that issue. Hardware has been sorta ruled out because this happens so sporadically. It will either work perfect consistently or act up consistently. In any event, I hate this problem so much, this is a brand new TEP replacement too.

Talking to HTC support and Sprint Techs, both are leaning towards an OS conflict with the hardware. But take it for what it's worth, HTC and Sprint Tech's first deny the issue. Then I told them to go to their own websites to see all the complaints. LOL
