probably one of those windows things where there was a connection problem. I just have better luck when I start in Bootloader. I avoid all pc sync issues.

+1 on this. Ive had issues with WMDC staying connected when the RUU drops it into bootloader. especially on Vista. never had any trouble from bootloader, via PC or SD.

I was having constant connection issues, ended up being one of my cables. But once in a while my phone and pc do loose connection.

EDIT: Just fyi....If I were you, I'd run it. Here's the easiest dl Ziggy's Task29 cab Just note that after running this you'll be stuck in Touch Pro 2 screen....all you need to do is go into bootloader screen (vol down + red end button + green send button) and run the custom rom.

you dont need the *edit*GREEN send button held down. only Volume Down as it powers on (either via *edit*RED end btn or soft reset).

I am making sure that everything runs smooth as far as compatible...then I will release 'em...should be soon...as far as FF goes...I am not sure because it is a different taskbar type....but if someone could do me a favor if they are on FF to extract tapres.192.dll from there ROM...I should be able to fix it if thats the correct file I need...

on another note, does anyone have a Sprint Arcsoft MMS (the latest version, not limited to the latest release from sprint) with threaded MMS, GIF support, and an 8MB limit? the first page has 3, and a few in the paper clips mix 2, but I have yet to find all 3...

EDIT: also, the top taskbar (or maybe its the icons in it) on SE, IS BLOODY TINY... have to hold it to my face to see it! anyway to enlarge this, and also change the music symbol back into the speaker icon... thanks
