When does XDA_UC run after installing this ROM? First boot (concurrent with the carrier provisioning step)? Second boot?

Is there any way to tell when it is running?

it runs in the background, but it doesn't run automatically. you have to have everything setup on your storage card, and then go to start/system XDA UC Customize

flashes fine from SD Card.

XDA only runs when you click the XDA icon in the Start Menu, no auto run enabled for it.

I've havent had to pay fot the HSPL unlocker twice. I got a replacement phone and had no probs unlocking my second phone. What I have had to pay for a second time, is the SIM unlocker. But the HSPL that is used to allow flashing of ROM, I never had to pay for HSPL unlcoker twice...

You have to run it yourself. Start> Tools> XDA UC Customize

Edit: Wow,, We are all to fast at answering these questions sometimes hahaha!

Not sure which arcsoft cab you're using, but you can uninstall it and use this one (working fine for me)...

I'm sure you are doing this, but....make sure you're not on wifi as you cannot send mms on wifi, it has to be vzw data connection.

Most of the time I don't, but that's not the point... Just looking for a solution to an annoying problem... Why have software included in the rom if it doesn't work properly? Never had this issue with Mike's previous roms... I'm thinking it's a registry thing...
