Keep trying, it happend to me and kept deleting temp internet files cleard cookies finally it is downloaling wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeee. but the damn hotel connection here sucks i might be up all night :)
Edit: this was reply to anyone has internal server error or something like that
