I've never messed with Weathe Panel and don't even really know what it is. I found a few links when I searched for it, but none had any pics. Can you post a link with info. and pics so I can do some research and possibly fix this issue?


On that note, I gotta hit the sack. Thanks to all who left feedback. 91 downloads as of right now. Overall it sounds like a good start. Glad everyone is relatively pleased. All the kind words mean a lot to me. Thank you all. :)

Yeah, I can cook Shake and Save instead of CapScreen Utility if everyone like that better. I know CapScrUtility is probably the least used of all the screenshot apps, but it's what I started out with and have always liked.

I plan on making a 6.5 ROM. I've only been focusing on 6.5.5 because 23563 was the build I had used for the longest and was the most familiar with and wanted to go with something uber stable and comfortable to me for my first release, but yes, a 6.5 will be coming.

1 issue i have is mail.... i went to mail, other, my hotmail account and it didnt work

I only use Gmail so I've never tried and have no experience with hotmail. I will look into it though.

Anyone else with Hotmail experience have any input?

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=2295 link to run wp from manila, you pick a tab you dont use (stocks in my case) and it launches from that tab. ill post ss in the am but theres ss in juggs thread and vins thread so i know it works on 6.5 and 5x roms. posted ss of default dialer too page back.

Hi chef, everything looks very nice on your ROM and I very excited to try it out. Before that I was wondering if some body could please report on the battery life of this new ROM? I have been searching without success for a custom ROM with modest Battery Life.

ok i tested from day 1 and the batt. life i had was pretty good IMO,i work at night so i get bored sometimes and use the hell out the phone,on a avg. night between 200 or so sms/mms,maybe 1hr to 2hrs of calls and messing around on facebook and some net browsing i would have around 30%-40% batt. life left when i would report back to the OP,these would be between the hrs of 8:30pm till 10am on these reports

i have great battery life on this rom,1 thing to keep in mind is your Radio....it also plays a big role in battery life,if your running a radio and you don't get the best signal and ect. i would suggest flashing a few to gauge battery life on them to see if one may be better for you,i had to use a sprint radio with my original touch pro for my best. batt. life...

also don't keep stuff running you don't need running as in gps and stuff,i know where im at :) so really no need for it unless actually using it for a specific reason,and other stuff too,some ppl prefer to keep all kinds of stuff running,im just saying if you dont need it 24hrs kill it till you do need it
