Here are some screen shots of some, what I think are, cool wallpapers I found on Zedge.net. I'm putting them along with 6 or so others in the next release. I figure you guys can just delete the ones you don't want, although they don't take up any space at all really.

I thought this issue was fixed... No one has reported trouble with that using the beta ROM. I don't understand...

Beta? Im using Sprint cht rom. It also disconnects from my hands free link on my acura tl after it dials. it goes back to the handset. everytime.

hes probably talking mr.x, not sure if anybody beats his speed/battery life but its a 6.5 no cookie rom so that helps a ton.

Glad to hear that he was NOT talking about the beta. I finally edited the 1st post to reflect that fact that I've released a beta in the thread. Hopefully that'll hellp. In lieu of the fact that the data connections seems to only affect some and not others and the fact that I've still not found a definitive reason as to why it's happening, I'll probably go ahead and release an official update tomorrow as I'm off all day.

Next on my "to do" list is to start working on a 6.5 ROM. So far I've heard 21911 as a request. Anyone have any other 6.5 builds that they feel are really stable and would like to see? I've never built with one before so I've no experience with them.I can include a plain white dialer, if more people would prefer that to a skinned one... Anyone that cares, chime in and let me know!

Anyone have any interest in seeing a SharkieROM with Max Manila v3.0? I've emailed Maxycy about getting ahold of max sense, but I've not heard anything back yet. In the meantime, I wasn't sure if Max Manila v3.0 was used or liked by anyone still.

@ Sixfoota21, Did you try the beta? If so, how are things on your end?

Im unable to download the beta from that link , content is blocked my my company. Anyone able to upload to alt server ? if not will try when i get home tonight. As far as MaxSense and the 6.5.x builds, im not impressed, but thats just me.

Ok on the tethering drop, it was happening to me again to day so i soft reset..still dropped within 30 seconds of connecting...reboot laptop. and boom I'm back on line for 2 hrs

on the beta... tethering still dropping, maybe an active sync issue see my previous post. battery life seems fine. other than the tethering issue, this ROM rocks

another tp2,but it's the original one i had,keyboard don't work and the touchscreen is picky about what it will and won't respond too,i don't wanna flash it to be on the safe side lol,with the luck i have had this week im not taking any chances on being without a phone [-( it's been doing fine with a 4/10 rom that was last flashed on it

quick question,on one of the last beta's before the release if you recall in pm's,the start menu icon was changeable but with the released rom it was back to where it wasn't,so have you or anybody on the beta rom changed the start menu icon? or is it unchangeable still on the last beta?

LOL, sorry about that. I'm still not sure what changed. I've never tried to change the start menu icon. I'll think about it and see. In the meantime, anyone on the beta able to change the start menu icon?

Working on a couple of things. Will still probably officially update tomorrow, assuming I can accomplish what I want to tonight or tomorrow morning.

installing your beta rom keeps bricking my phone. it gets stuck on HTC screen if i soft reset.

I don't know what to tell you. No one else has had a problem. I imagine there was an issue with the download. If I were you I would redownload the beta. Before you flash it, flash your phone back to a stock ROM or Task 29. Then flash my ROM. Let me know how that goes. Clearly there's nothing wrong with the beta file that would cause it to brick your phone, unless it was corrupted in the download. Try it again.

I'm going to include the Programs Tab in all ROMs. It can now be disabled or enabled via a Programs Tab On-Off toggle switch located in Start Menu\System Tools. It will instantly remove or restore the programs tab without having to restart Sense!

Yes, I've been building all morning, working on some last few things. I think I've gotten most things how I want them. When I release an update (probably this evening sometime) it will be for all 4 ROMs, Sprint non-CHT ROM included. :)

I don't have any ideas off of the top of my head, no. Have you tried flashing a stock ROM yet? If not, try that.

I also had a problem similiar to yours once and I reunlocked my phone and that fixed it. My phone said it was already unlocked, and it was, but obvioulsy something got funky somewhere along the way and running the Hardspl again fixed it.


And to all,

I'm just now testing the last of my ROMs for stupid errors, which by the way, I've been making all day. That's why it's taken so long. I'm going to upload them via a new direct server (maybe here on PPCGeeks, I'm a little confused on how\where it is exactly). Anyway it's a direct download so all the download problems should be eliminated, hopefully.

I'm not sure how long they take to upload to this new server, but whenever they're done, I'll let you guys know. MediaFire used to take about an hour per ROM, more or less. If this one is comparable, then it's about 4 hours from now.

At least you know they'll be here first thing in the morning. Sorry for the delay. I think it'll be worth the wait.

AFAIK...Unforunately all that can be done is I can close the poll and that's about it. Maybe time to start a new thread to remove that, but all the votes are tied into usernames and wouldn't be easy to change/delete.

I'd be running your rom, but my TP2 is in the drawer atm... Victim of that evil 4G android EVO monster! :)

Stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllllllllllll waiting on MediaFire... Last one is half way through. As soon as this last ROM is done uploading, I'm going to upload them to the new server as well. Whenever those are done, I"ll pull down the media fire links and go with the new ones. Can't believe this is taking sooooo long! It's going on like 6 hours now...

Ok, I cancelled the last download cuz it was just taking too long. All ROMS but Sprint-ST are up in the 1st post. Sprint-ST is uploading again and will be up in about an hour...

About 20 min. left on that last download...

Just as an FYI, I'm working on a 21911 build today so hopefully in the next few days, I'll have one ready for you guys. 6.5 is new to me so I've got to learn about it and what works with it and what doesn't, so be patient...
