Yes I downloaded it.

I also downloaded the Carrier list from the Data Setup menu. But after that, the phone ask for a phone number, and say that I have no modem installed. (When I enter my provider in the list). Why the ROM does not take the informations from the radio rom like the other roms?

just installed. works great but freezes when i play a video on youtube from program list.

It freezes if playing Youtube inside IE. Thats why I installed Opera 9.7 and use it to go to m.youtube.com then Youtube video's open up in youtube player is high quality, full screen and no freezing.

Thanks. Works great now. Only 2 issues I have with this rom: Pressing the top power button once deactivates the screen but the volume keys still work, how do you get the volume keys to deactivate as well? And also, how can I get the music player to stop pausing when I press the top power button? Thanks

For some reason when I try to install it, it just gets stuck at 0% and won't go :(

Using: CDMA HTC Touch Pro 2 from Sprint

Only problem I've found with this. If I scroll to the SMS box in sense, then click the "new text message" box/button, and slide out the hard keyboard while its loading the text message screen, it then stops opening up a new text message and just reverts back to the sense screen with my last incoming text on it. Is there a fix to this issue?

Hello.

I've been using many different ROMs lately and I must admit this one is the best I've used.

I use my Sprint's CDMA phone in Poland, only in GSM mode.
Also my house is in such a bad place, that I'm between two antennas, exactly in the middle, so I've got really crappy signal in here. One antenna belongs to Plus network provider, and one to Play - I can use both. When I move around house and even if I don't my HTC TP2 changes it's modes from normal GSM to UMTS all the time. Also it changes between Play and Plus networks. That is probably the reason why my phone gets crazy, freezes all the time, works like shit, to be honest.
With this ROM I don't know why but I get quite nice signal and after I set my phone to GSM mode it doesn't ask me if I want to switch to CDMA mode, which was the case for any other ROM I used. It didn't even freeze once, which happened to me on other ROMs just after installation of them.

There's just one little thing I'd like to ask - it's related to Sense 2.1
In Sense 2.5 there were icons on People Tab, when I could add people in my own order. In 2.1 I just get a list which I can scroll up and down.
Ok, not a big deal, but I'd like to place people there in my own order, not alphabetical.
I'd like to have my girlfriend on top of that list, not in the middle of it, just because my sister's name starts with A and my gf's starts with K.
Any way to change that? I didn't succeed in looking for that option. Edit registry maybe? Hex edit some file? I can do it, just need a little instruction.
Please help me out.

Maybe I could install Sense 2.5 on this ROM and make it run as fast as it does now?
Or if there's no way maybe you could recommend me some other ROM which is very similiar to this one with exception it has 2.5 on it?

I've ran Sense for a while and came to this rom for a week or 2 now and I really love it. I have a couple of questions, though...

1) How hard would it be for me to put my own background image on all the tabs and not just the home tab, like the dark superman theme cab did?

2) The no curtains cab worked, but is there a no-top-curtain only cab available?

3) Also, is there a way to remove the operator text in the top curtain?

Lately I've been having problems with SuperROM specifically in trying to automatically synchronize from Outlook for my Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 via 3G or wireless. It works on the initial first time I download, but when I subsequently go to Outlook on my phone and click on Send/Receive, it just stays on Connecting and doesn't refresh. I did a hard reboot. Same issue

I can do a Send/Receive for my gmail account and it's fine. But just not Outlook

If I reboot then hard connect to Activesync to my laptop via USB cable, it will successfully download

I've tried reflashing the latest SuperRom with Rom update utility, but the same problem occurs.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. I checked my mail settings and they seemed fine

I'd rather not go to another Rom. I purposely wanted something fast with little eyecandy i.e no Sense or Cookie home tab but the ability to have a multiple grid for all my apps. I don't need much

Brand new TP2 user. Basically came into the game long after everybody has moved on, and I have found SuperROM to be the final ultimate rom for the Touch Pro 2. Since everybody moved onto 2.5, which is too laggy and not designed for the Touch Pro 2, that means that this rom is the best one that will ever exist for the Touch Pro 2. Thank you thank you thank you.

I LOVE THIS ROM! YOU ARE AMAZING!!

awesome rom! just a minor problem. my sms sound doesn't work when i receive texts. it works when i press the play button only. could someone help me on this?

Upgrading my girls TP2 and she said she wanted a fast one so I went looking for the silence rom I used to use and the downloads were down, and then I found this if its anything like the silence rom Im sure its fast thank you!

Internet Sharing. Have anyone able to get Internet sharing to work? I installed the Sprint Provisioning cab and Mr. X's cab. When I go into internet sharing, the dropdrown box for Network Connection has <none>.
