If I understand your question correct. To center a widget, press and hold, then move to the position desired.

Go into the CHT Editor and add the lock icon to the screen and it will move the page icons to the center. Hope this help for your question.

What Android did you get, because I left my TP2 to darkside of Droid myself with the Epic in August. Came back to do one last rom.
