TW, LIke the rest I"ve really can't benchmark the speed but it feels faster. Of course, a new Pinto feel fast because it's new! (for all you youngsters out there the Pinto was a small car back in the day, and a horse before that!)

When, I press and hold the end key I get the quick menu (like it). Are you talking about restarting sense from the quick menu? It seems to take longer for a reset but it's probably because we don't have that white screen to break up the time.

If you could get the caller ID working (seems like a repeat of a previous issue that you fixed), I could definately live with this. Still wondering what's happening with the locksreen but it works for it's purpose.

Edit: I installed lockdevice and the same lockscreen still comes up! It's not like it's riding on top (have to unlock two screens) but it just interprets any lock command as the previous screen with the lock softkey. I had a pnp connection notification pop up, and I was trying to go to my internet tab to see if I could connect. I thought my phone was froze until I saw the unlock button! LOL

I don't use it, but it supposed to streamline installation of your custom cabs and tweaks after a fresh rom flash. I copied this from somewhere:

First off, XDA_UC runs off of the external storage card, not My Storage.

1. On your Storage Card, create a folder named exactly XDA_UC.
All cabs that you place here will silently install to the device memory.

2. Within your XDA_UC folder, create another folder named SD
place all cabs that you want to install to either My Storage or Storage Card here.
(You will be prompted by each cab to pick your destination)

Note - Certain cabs will ask if you want to restart. Hit no and continue installing everything at once.
Let XDA_UC run completely then soft reset after it is finished.

Hey TW, I like 2018. It's nice and smooth and snappy. You've outdone yourself again. Did notice a couple of bugs though. When I get a call, incoming calls does not show name or number. Does show the slide to answer bar. And the capitalization and function led's don't light up, although the capitalization does work but the function doesn't. Besides these minor quirks it's a darn good rom. Still have to say my experience on your best work was with MaxSense. I remember you saying if maxycy come out with more updates then you will build out more roms. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that one. You are the man TW, and I'm grateful for your builds. Btw, hopefully I'll get that Transformer alert for emails on your next build. Just a friendly reminder.

I was over at S2W's theme thread and noticed dapbmonkey4u reported that CHT was not compatible with 2018. That might explain the issue with the lockscreen!

No that is not correct, it's is not compatible with RSS feed on the home screen with CHT. I got the lockscreen to work, just more to graphics to edit than I am willing to do at this time. Worked alot of hours this weekend, need some R&R. I could give a 2018 within an hour from now. But if I can't post a rom that is better than the last one, then I will not post a rom just to post one because it's manila 2018. I have several rom 2018 roms done, just meet my standard of what a rom should be. Having problems with caller id with the larger dialer. In order to use 2018 I may have to use the smaller dialer pad and I am unwilling to do that at this time. :mrgreen:

Man TW, your last rom was so good that if you take a week with this update I will be VERY happy. It is just outstanding. I have it OC at 672 and no problems. Stable like I've not had in any other, great choice of apps. You rule dude!
