In a few mins. I will post a cab in this posting to upgrade all MaxSense graphics to the newest version. I need one or serveral to tell me it works.

Suntopper, is this what you mean by bookmark not showing. Or do you mean the program quicklink texts? For one thing the image is not being capture for the internet bookmarks. Has worked before, must be something to do with MaxSense.

Edit: Correction, internet bookmark image capture is working. You have to use the phone data connection and not the PC's usb connection for it to work.

jstine,

don't know if it's maxsense or TW (my guess is maxsense) but in order to get the labels on the bookmarks (in the quicklink screen) I have to hold the phone in landscape while the page loads the first time. It's been pretty consistent like 3 out of 3. Also, when I do a soft reset, the labels go away making it impossible to know what bookmark go to what site. Just reporting in case you're feeding info back to Big or Maxy.

I stand corrected. When I saw you were having issues I tried to send a picture and it went thru okay, but I sent it using the normal "messages" category (my choices were mail, message, or facebook). So I don't think that helps you. I have not added "arcsoftmms" application.

If you are installing arcsoft mms cab then that is your problem. Arcsoft is already installed for you. You just have to select your carrier after the 1st boot, then soft reset and anything will setup for you for sms/mms.

Thanks :headbang:

Yes, check your slider icons and they should look like this. Plus several other graphics changes not seen in this picture.

I don't have any connection issues with vzw. When you go to the phone via the phone hard key, do you get a message about provisioning? If so it should tell you to dial a #number. (I'm getting so old I can't even remember the number). If you dial the number and follow the directions it should update the prl etc. Normally this is not needed but sometimes I do have to do it.

Hope this helps!

dial *228 then use option 1

use this file
http://www.ziggy471.com/downloads/Task29.exe
also read the task 29 thread for further / detailled info on the process
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...highlight=task

run the exe file with your phone connected via active sync on your computer

after it completes take out the battery, reinstall the battery, press the ringer volume down key and press the end key (long press ) together.
it will bring you back to bootloader ,
connect to your usb and after you see "usb" you can flash the new rom (tw's rom)
hope that helps

cheers
