Sorry guys, had personal things to take of today. Like my wife as been on a simple Cricket phone for the past ??? years. She said yesterday, how about letting me use the HTC Diamond that I had before the TP2. I had already had it setup for Cricket 8 months so I thought no problem. Will call Cricket and activate the phone again with her phone #. Easy right, wrong! Forgot about changing the # from mine to hers. Call Cricket, give them MEID and get the new MID # from them. Switch to Windows XP to use QPST to setup all the numbers needed.. Phone doesn't work, recheck everything, all is good. Call Cricket again, yes I have all the #'s correct. Still no work, call again and again told that I have all correct #'s. Go thru the setup again, all the numbers were correct everytime, this time it worked. I think Cricket didn't put the correct #'s in their database. Will not have time tonight or tomorrow to work any problems. Dr's appt. all day tomorrow.

its all good great rom all but sound. so goin back to 9.5 and let u handle ur stuff. we will all be here waiting f or u to return no hurry. o and forgot the task bar y is it back to orignal i liked the new drop down task bar.

OK,
I'm back to being a newbie. I'm getting ready to go on vacation where there is no available internet connection. I would like to try tethering my laptop to my phone via wifi (I know that's an oxymoron), but naturally would rather not pay extra. Can anyone tell me the process?

lol its pretty easy, just goto connections hit xda hotspot or watever its calld, then if asks for code its 1234567890. then u should be good to go

Here's cab that is said to be tethering safe. I would try before I leave for vacation and have a fun time.

I don't know about this rom (only sprint). It seems slower than the other TW roms. I can't really describe it any other way. It's slow to reboot. Slow to close a window. Slow to open/close an application. And battery life is not what it used to be.

Sorry TW, but I may go back a rom or 2.

I haven't seen a slowness issue but battery life is definitely off. I had a fully charged battery at 8 AM & at 3 PM with only 1 phone call was down to 40%. No internet surfing, texts or anything today. ??? Recharging now to make it through the rest of the day.
