For the locker, make sure you have BackPortrait.exe installed and you made need to change the customlockscreen dll and mui to lockscreen. I just ran into the same problem and when I looked at the original mini locker that's what the files were named. It's working for me now.

What I'll probably do is add the new lockscreen and if it don't work as expected, add the s2u2 as a cab.
