Update: I'm cooking the a beta version of the Generic right now. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Update2: Got the beta version to cook. I'm loading this version on my phone now to make sure everything is running ok. I'll need a couple beta testers on a network other than sprint.

Generic Version cooking now. I ran it for most of the day and everything seemed fine. I know it Sprint based (sarcasm), but we'll call this version beta for the time being.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- download and unzip
- run then ROMUpdateUtility.exe and wait for it to finish.....

- take our batti and then flash a rom using mSD card or by taking device into bootloader and using customRUU to load ur favorite ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/imag...lies/smile.gif

I hex edited RomUpdateUtility.exe so it runs task 29 right after flashing ruu_signed.nbh

As every one understand this command format the rom,

Just unzip and run task29.exe . You may replace ruu_signed.nbh with the radio of your choice.

After the phone reset itself, your old rom will be gone, so it won't boot: binfs has been formated, your phone memory is clean.
You'll need to power up in bootloader mode (press vol down right after power key), then use the leocustomruu.exe provided with your favorite rom package, or flash it from memory card using standard procedure.

Thanks rjmjr69 this will shorten the flashing time significantly!

By the way guys I had to put the generic version on hold for a second. I need to do some more work on it. Its not ready for public yet. :angry7: But I am going to work my a$$ off and a get this thing working. I was up till like 2 last night messing with it.

I am going to be dropping SPCS 1.6 today though. Got a new look to it!

FYI: I going to be moving my download links to the FTP space I got over @ Mobile Underground so we don't have to deal with 4shared or mediafire.
