Dammit, now I got to Task29 and wait 5 mins for the download. Play with the new ROM, customize, tweak, mod, play some games, and piss the mrs. off. Thanks, XYC ruined another date night!

OK, well I found it, but it was really really hard and I could just go USCC it had to be US Cellular...so what it still should have been included on JMZ's screen. You should have made it be there. So, I guess I am the only here....YAY! me...man, really lonely. I guess you guys can come out of hiding, I am going to bed.

BTW, this ROM screams quickness, I know it is bare, but still.

Anyway, Please Cook in Cookie 1.6.1 if you are going to put it in. that way I can use the New Manila Locker and CHTeditior. It gives me a version compatibility error.

OK, so I know this ROM doesn't LOOK pretty, but it is based on the XpressDusk ROM and it is stable and fast. I thought that was what made XpressDusk so popular, but apparently I was incorrect. I will continue to develop this ROM and improve upon it. Next in line...Cookie 1.6.1 and CHT editor to match. Want to keep ROM light and customizable though. Oh, I forgot to mention that XDA_UC IS cooked in. But, I haven't used UC and don't quite know how to use it. Somebody want to report if it is working? Thanks

So you were right. CHT editor is working....problem, like always, was me. I had installed the manila locker WITH 1.6.1 update. I think that is what was causing my error.

Where is the XDA_UC shortcut? I usually hit that and it opens my folder on my SD card.

I was looking for that myself after reading a little about it over on NRG's thread. Like I said, I don't know much about it. I just downloaded the EXT for it, threw it in the kitchen and cooked it in. Didn't even know there was supposed to be a shortcut until after I had released the ROM. :disgust:

uhhh, yeah you may need that. I searched through out the windows directory and haven't come across it.

xda_uc is no go,but once fixed just make a new folder on sdcard as XDA_UC (case sensitive) and sling the cabs you want installed and it will access the folder after a flash/HR with auto.


edit: rom is running really nice,tons of free memory even after my installed apps.,also been wanting a Lite rom to run Android on as well and i think i'll have to try that out shortly.i ask one and only one thing,and thats maybe deciding on another taskbar,i have tried all the ones i have and it won't change for the life of me,it's just that windows start icon is hideous and ruins the whole screen for me with everything else looking nice and crisp,if it were a bit sharper it would be fine but the choppy windows icon is ugly,i know its part of the kitchen but if you do in the future decide to do anything graphic wise then consider my request put in!!

I think I'm missing the SDautoRUN.exe that makes it run automatically without using the shortcut. I'll keep looking into it.
