I don't know if this was mentioned (and I don't have this ROM installed), but the send button not showing most likely has to do with the taskbar dll you're using. I've had that problem with some other ROM's in the past.

Hey this might be a dumb question im sorry but should i flash back to sprint stock rom befor putting the new one on my TP im already running the last verison

As an FYI, the CHT Editor was updated to improve a new feature with the import export functionality, not because it didn't work.

When I attempt to Export the settings using CHTEditor 1.7.1.0 (included in this ROM) it is unable to complete the export. This issue was acknowledged by the author and has been corrected in v1.7.1.1 which is available as a cab from xda http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633590
