Yeah, weird, right? I tried a stock-flash (Sprint), then hard reset, then flashed Sprint Dusk, hard reset. I still got a temporary freeze after running for about 10 mins. I'm going to try again without installing any cabs or modding Start Menu file directories (I always reorganize Start Menu Folders ... (shrug)) & check it out. If no freezes/lock-ups, I'll customize one step at a time & see if it's something I'm doing/installing thatz causing the hiccups. I'll let you know what I find out...

... btw, awesome look & feel. This ROM has been mostly very snappy & smooth. So, don't take my earlier post for anything other than what it was ... just a quick FYI before I went to work. :headbang:

i have altered the start menu shell reg and created new icons for most...they are in a different directory so that cab your installing could possibly be causing problem... let me know

Okie I don't know what I did, I did the Task29 1st then I installed the new Dusk Verizon Rom and everything almost works. I can't make a call and I can't send text. I get SMS Error "Message not sent. Network not responding. Saved in Drafts. Please try gain later."

Any idea's? I will try flashing the stock Rom first and then re-flash the VerizonMaxManilaDusk.

did you add a radio to Task29?

Oh Crud.. I must have overlooked that.. Sorry, I thought I was doing so well too.

I just Ran RomUpdateUtility with the Task29 file and then waited for it to complete, (I didn't replace the file with my Radio Version) I then Reset with Power and Down Volume and installed the new Rom.

So your saying I am probably having these problems because I took out the radio completely and never re-added?

I just tried to run the Radio Version and I still keep getting the (Welcome to verizon wireless) when I try to check my voicemail. It is like the phone is still not registered or something.

lol, no radio will cause data issues.
