Can anyone CONFIRM that the SIM would need to be re-unlocked after the sprint 6.5 upgrade?

From my understanding, the new upgrade comes with a new (locked) radio, but couldn't you flash an unlocked radio and use the SIM??

Then add (dword) availableoptions set it to 1 for each set of keys under notifications.

I have all these saved as regedits and restore using Sashimi

Yes you just need to flash another custom unlocked radio. Once your security unlocked, you can flash any unlocked radio.


Maybe if we are lucky we can get the new radio unlocked.

Holy shit on a shingle, of the 5 Custom roms I have tried the Format SD Card NEVER WORKED... IT WORKS...

hey guys whats the difference between this rom and a custom rom ? like i dont feel like flashing this if there is reallly no difference im currently running energy rom march 16 addition .

I dunno maybe because this is a new stock rom with a new radio, probably enough to warrant atleast a flash and play around with it.

So this is what I have been anxiously waiting for?:protest: Give me a break!!!!!!!! It seems that every rom I flashed on this site is better than the overhyped sprint update. I was expecting a fix for the mms issue but it seems that they got their update by copying what the great chefs here at ppc geeks are doing. Sprint needs to go in the dictionary and look up the word innovative, I was looking for something new and different. This update is garbage compared to Mr. X and Mighty's roms. The funny thing is, they're on Telus and allow us sprint users to be able to use them. I'll stick to my mms workaround and flash a real rom, here I come Mr. X, unless someone can make this update worthwhile. In conclusion, i feel sprint gave us a canvas with scribbles and stick figures, now it's up to the great chefs here to paint the Mona Lisa.

oh no....i flashed 6.5 ROM. Checked it out. Tried installing the TP2 Tweaks CAB. It broke a lot of the links. So I uninstalled it. Soft rese and now I am stuck on the HTC Screen (white background green HTC letters).
