Yes, just reorganized stuff and added startup animation (that I think is just plain awesome lol) I made it so if you do not want to cook a blue rom, just leave out 11_theme and everything will cook stock. This is not applicable to manila, you need to just look in manila_tweaks and remove my skin elements.

Baseline001 was, but starting with 002 it has manila too. Just like on TP, my first release was titanium only then everyone talked me into manila

I will get some screenshots tonight and post them in the OP. Edited the title of the thread if it was misleading.

I use the bing app alot and I like to put it on the manila home page but the bing icon is so big, white and ugly, it looks so bad against the black/blue background. Is there a way to change the bing icon exe?

Yes, I believe so, but it has to be done in the kitchen, to the actual EXE itself with a resource editor. There is probably a way to change the icon that manila shows but I do not know. If I talk to any other chefs today I will ask them.

A simple reg edit will get a new icon to be displayed.

That's just and example from my registry for bing. If it doesn't update the program launcher, delete everything in \Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher and restart sense.

Ahh, so if I just assign a new icon in the start menu it will be reflected in manila?

Yes, that is correct. Manila just uses start icons
