all his Sense 2.5 ROMs has the home screen antimation. you want to try out Mr. X Sense 2.1 ROM 3/3/10.

Or go here into the threads attachments and at the top of the page there a few wallpaper packs that have a plain MR.X wallpaper, if I remember right one has various other colors, not just the black one ;)

You could also browse the Windows directory in the ROM and find the File named "stwater" this is the "Default" Wallpaper as you call it, there will be two, one for landscape and one for portrait.

Reflash and do a hard reset, then set up and see how it goes. Like Darren said, unless you're tethering, etc it shouldn't get warm.

psycho despises the htc messaging, so i'm sure he's never installed it. ha. If flyinonice wants to give up on the htc messaging and go with arcsoft, then use imnuts, attached in this thread many times. it's what i use and it works perfect. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...8&d=1267122567

Plus he could be waiting until 7pm EST for Psycho to wake....lol...but yea he does hate HTC messaging.....with a vengeance...lol

Thanks for the replies guys. I have used arcsoft in the past, but ran into issues in landscape mode that I didn't want to have to deal with. After sending off a text message in landscape from windows mobile messaging, my phone would freeze up for about a minute or two. After hearing that the htc messaging app has fixed part of the lag, I thought I would try it out and see which was the right fit for me. I am still looking to get the mms working if anyone can help out.
