Yup, if you're on his 042210 ROM. You can soft reset and when the phone reboots it should show the notification or it will show when your phone connect to activesync.

I had to power off wait a min then power back on. Soft reset didnt do it for some reason

I think he was just testing the notification at this point since it's never been tested realworld, just in the betas. He's doing something Monday from what he said in his previous posts, so I wouldn't plan on pulling an all-nighter this weekend waiting for a release, but who knows.
