I'm wondering if just flashing the new radio allows them to see us. I haven't flashed the new ROM, only the radio. I posted in Mighty's thread but he's offline, maybe Juggs knows.

Nope the radio has nothing to do with it. sprint just messed with half the rom to make sure if u disable tethering tracking it resets its self.
