this is hilarious. and true, i was using Mighty rom war, and my phone literally exploded. i had to go to the hospital and get robotic hands. now i own a droid =(

Great ROM mr.X ..one of the best so far. One question though...how do you change the wall paper that shows up on the dialer screen and as well as the lock screen.
Dont like the wall paper really on the dialer screen.

Any one have the cab for changing the Text tab in Manila to where when you press on the message itself it opens the text in the WM Messaging client and NOT in the HTC 2.1 Message client? I tried the "Disable HTC Messaging Client.cab" but it did not work.

Strange... I have arcsoft installed (Arcsoft MMS_5_2_6_45U), but when I take a picture and select the envelope all I get our the options to Upload to Facebook and Send via E-Mail.

I just tried w both the Imnuts modded one and the one flyers did and neither work from camera for mms.

The pic you used to put your screenshot in is one of the GSM versions that has kind of a chrome looking bezel as apposed to my USCC CDMA one that is more of an ugly grayish type color of sorts.

question:Is my homescreen in landscape normal?notice how the wallpaper cuts off,it doesnt bother me and i didnt pay attention before i started installing .cabs wondering what can it be.out of the regular just installed the 16 quick links 1922_r2.

I may step on some toes, or get hit for "not searching", but take a wonder over into some other chef's threads, who recently put out a 2.5 ROM (in the last few days) and take a gander at the issues-

Makes you appreciate not only how stable X made this ROM from the get go, but how quickly he (and his sous-chefs that put the finishing touches) put out fires for the few issues that came up, via cabs.

I'm not slamming any of the other chefs- you are all valuable talents to those of us with these phones. But Gawd DAMN I appreciate the work of Mr X.

I use SOTI Pocket Controller to grab my screen shots. The Skin is from HTC TouchPro2 built-in image. I have attached a copy for you.

Juggs, nice job on the ROM. Only thing that acted wonky for me was Microsoft My Phone, had to be the app though. Other than that, very smoothe. =D>

Great rom everything works as it should without any lag. Any one know how Mr. X replaced the 2.5 sms with that of 2.1. I have found other fixes but none that were without bugs or work as seamless as the one found in this rom. I would love to know which files to replace so I could cook this into my own roms.

I recently installed a slider (loaded onto device not from storage card) and I have now removed it to roll with cell guys slider ( love it)..each time I look under settings, system, remove programs, I always see that crazy slider that I removed..How do I get rid of this completely without clearing storage..
p.s. has anyone installed CMYLXGO's energized task bar (looks like the one cooked in the rom but with a blue glow--just want to know if we have to install the taskbar and the 1% energized cab too..thanks

If you could make the Black Pink Glow M2.5 Clock so it was part of the Mr X Clock Array ... I would be very happy!!! I love this theme!

Windows Media Player won't play video
 

Whenever I try to play video files in WMP I get a screen that launches but no video. It doesn't even appear from the screen that does come up that the file is even trying to play (progress bar doesn't move).

Anyone else having issues? I was just going to give up on WMP and use TCPMP but I can't get that to play the .3gp files. I tried searching for a plugin/codec but haven't found anything.
