Taskbars generally break roms and especially Youtube. I know for a fact this has been the source of my Youtube and/or ringer issues with other roms.

Uninstalling won't fix it, only hard reset. Hope this helps.

im using 2 diff. custom taskbars on 2tp2's and have no youtube issues. im you use the new volume dll your fine, just trying to stop the maddness of people uninstalling there tbs, helps if people with youtube issues using a custom tp post what there using.

if you or anybody wants one that wont break anything, ill post it. its edited by mm with new dll so it works on his 2.5 roms also, isnt that what rom your on?

I am in...also for those who have not broke you tube (since it seems that is the vast majority of recent posts)...which BG4all cab are you using..I ask because I currently have Santods R2 16 link cab loaded w/o Bg4all loaded...dont want to break things..thanks

For the youtube problem 1)try deleting the youtube folder in windows directory.
2)Find a youtube folder on your sd card or a file named cache and delete them.i had these same problems and deleting the cache file made it all work fine.it will be in any folder well hidden so look closely.

Hey Gmaine, is the cache file on the SD card? Also what do you use to view the hiddenn folder?

yes its in the sd card.folder is not hidden i ment to say that the file can be in any folder so look carefully i used file explorer and went through every folder and found cache in a folder i had created unrelated to youtube.

So don't know if everyone knew this yet, but co0kie monster released a V1.6 today, and i installed it on the 3.3 X Rom and it works great, tons faster than the old version.

Unfortunately, I'm having youtube trouble as well, and more importantly, no sound on slacker radio either, which really sucks for me, i use it all day at work usually. I installed BattClock 1.8 and R2 16 quicklinks (before new cookie mod), i wonder if either of those caused the youtube issue

for the youtubers the taskbars that you install can cause troubles with this build of manila in some instances.... also take the time to delete all the temp and other oflders on your storage card and clean it up a lil than format and replace your cabs, pics, whatever... sometimes you can get contents and little changes on your card from past roms that tweak out the current ones and start problems... i also notice that when you format the card at least after every 10 flashes the phone runs way quicker! you will notice the difference on the first boot including bootup time. see if that works for you guys

I found this and it works great, gives you quicklinks for Bluetooth, wifi, and soft reset. I found it over at XDA after a posting on PocketNow I believe.

Yeah I know its a lot of stuff out there... But Its only one that let your home screen be your wallpaper ( with hidden task, short cuts and taskbar ) and thats MAX MANILA and if you know of another let me know, cuz I've look EVERYWHERE.
