Here's a ss of my set up, gotta keep playing around to find the right clocks, and it may have made it a little sluggish, gotta keep an eye on that.

I made a slider and calendar a few days ago. But I will be revising the slider soon as some of the alignment isn't so great. Check post #2 in my thread.

I Got the "3 step" to work but on light colored backgrounds you could see a black line down the screen and the phone started slowing down so out it went

You can install any clock or clock background and keep your array settings
Well i installed about 6 already and they all worked.

I think i find a bug, whenever i plug in my phone to charge and it stays on the charger for long, and press the hard key phone button, the dial pad its not coming up, i have to soft reset for the dial pad when i press the hard key button

From what I have read about that tab, it seems to be a resource hog. I can't speak for X on this, but with how fast this ROM runs I would prefer to keep it out to preserve the speed we have.

Can someone tell me how the battery life is on this rom? For some reason I can't send text msg from my contacts. its goes to a black screen. Is this normal?

Battery life is great, no complaints from me and I haven't read of anyone else complaining either. As far as the texting issue, a couple others were having problems and Mr. X was working on a fix or has a fix, hang out a bit and I'm sure you'll see some posts about it.

Most of the mods I'm running are from Santod so although I'll list the cabs I've used, head over to his thread, smack some thanks for him, and d/l the cabs. I'm using no calendar date background, no clock background, remove calendar text, carbon stealth slider, remove calendar and alarm icon, cold black analog clock, and his latest clock array adn bg4all w/ 16 links. All of those are within Santods threads in the themes section so you can grab them there, if you can't find them, PM me. I'm also using a clock that Darren.Wlsn1 posted in this thread earlier so hit him up for thanks too. It's Osrix25 black and steel, here's the can, not sure if it's already been posted. Let me know if you need any assistance or just post away, these guys here will help you out.

He should be required to remove that from his sig and be put on probation for the next 30 days. If he learns the history of the sig and does a report on it, only then should he be allowed to use it again!

Anyone having rhodium keybd controller sketch out on them? i can't seam to map poweroffwarning.eze to the long press on my end key. it links but won't open it.

Um once u receive a txt or just txt yourself the screen activates, duno y just does.....atleast for me and a few others

This is my first 2.5 ROM that I flashed... wow I'm impressed! This ROM is FAST... never tried 2.5 because everyone said it's slow... I don't think I'm ever going back to 2.1 again! Great ROM Mr. X! :)

I use sktools to set all my defaults and it worked perfectly with this rom as well. I have swype set as my default keyboard and it works great. It is always my default anytime I open something that requires a keyboard, hope this helps you in case you still have the issue:mrgreen:..

I had a strange issue that I don't think is rom related

I loaded Briggs Manila Mods, email, shazam, nanogroove and palingro 2.1

Everything seemed fine, woke up this morning to "press here to start sense", sense would not start, I used the soft reset and it appears it hard reset my phone.

I am doing a fresh flash now and this time omitting the manila mods

Thanks, Mr. X! Finally, a ROM that I can live with. It has the eye candy of 2.5 with the speed of 2.1 and everything I normally use is working great including MMS. Love it, love it, love it!

Just removed all my manila mods, loaded up dusk v3.0, ran santods latest mods for the array and 16 links, the list of manila mods I noted previously to clean up the screen, and I am done! Now I just have to stop playing with it!!! I've gotta assume that any of the themes listed earlier with arrays will work with Santods cab, I'll try later to play around with it more.

I love this ROM. I have one request for a future build: I would like the notifications, when opened, to link to the app that the notification is about. Like when there is a notification of a sms, to be able to click on it and have it open the sms msg, same with email and voicemail. The funny thing is, that Palringo notification does already do this. Thank you very much for your hard work. I love the speed, agility, stability, look, and feel of this ROM. It is the best ROM I have tried, ever. It is so lacking of crap and filled with clean working apps, great looking buttons for the phone, and smooth scrolling for everything. Thank you Thank you THank you.

I use SIPChange.CAB to change to NullKeyBoard.CAB .

Edit: I actually switched to FingerKeyb-2.1-WQVGA(2).cab with the SIPChange app. It only opens in portrait mode. As soon as I slide out my keyboard, the SIP closes and I am using the hardware keyboard.

Really? I only tried TellMe a couple of times on different ROMs and it was horrible! Did we get a newer release of it or something? The one I have is from back in October I think it's 3515 or something like that...

i love this rom..!
is there anyway that the battery life can be improve i just started using for bout an hour..n its already in 70%..n i did some chargin cycles already..idk whats draining the battery so bad....is it because i link some contacts to facebook..oh yea by the way i love that...
