Thank you. I use Manila Today Page and it adds an extra tab to Manila. Obviously the tab it adds is not going to match yours.

EDIT: Oh never mind. It worked fine. Wouldn't mind seeing the stock slider though.

EDIT 2: The version of Sense 2.5 in your ROM is not compatible with Manila Today Page. It's worked with every MightyROM 2.5 version I've tried so I'm not sure what the problem is. Oh well, I need my Weatherpanel fix. It looked nice. I will try your ROM again in the future if you update Sense 2.5.

i will not be updating to a new version of manilla!! out of all that i have used this one seems to be most stable!! this version is the first one made for a tp2 (sprint 6.5 rom being the second)

I have a quick question. I'm interested in trying this rom, but when it comes to the flash dance, should I flash back to stock 6.1 or 6.5? Does it make a difference?

i have never done a flash dance (with tp2) but if i did it would be with a 6.1 rom due to my base being 6.1!!

Adrian must be getting sucked into the Droid... :) I'm not gonna lie... kinda jealous. Here's hoping to 6/6 for Evo.

I will apologize in advance for asking questions that may have been previously answered, but I just read all 54 pages of this thread and desperately want to try this out. I have never tried anything like this before on any of my PPC phones (6700, 6900, current TP2) and want to make sure I don't brick it.

Download Rom Here!!! 20.10.4.20

Rom Flashing Methods!
To Flash This ROM Via SD Card Check HERE
Also you can flash using the Blank RUU found HERE

Things that You Need To Configure once Flashed!!

1. Install carrier cab!!
At first boot u will be prompted to install your carrier cab after install u will be prompted to reboot!!

2. Configure MMS!
Verizon: Install THIS cab
Sprint: Install THIS cab

3. If u have a gsm sim installed in ur phone please set ur phone to cdma only mode in Start>settings>phone>Network>mode of operation
i say this because the tp2 runs better in this mode and if u need to access the gsm side of ur device there is a cdma/gsm switcher program!!(this program will not troggle the gsm data, that will still have to be done manually)

Optional: Agps check HERE

Verizon users please update to the newest radio rom image it found here!

To fix the Calculator skin issue install THIS cab *Fixed as of 1.20.10.23

To replace the default 6.1 start menu install THIS cab screenshot below!!also this start menu replacement is linked to the onscreen start button. hitting the hardware start key will brang up the default start menu if u still want to access it!! i will not be cooking this into the rom i want to keep this optional!!
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...6&d=1268406597

XT9 Disable cab. I hate t9 so this is a must in every rom i flash on my phone hope it helps u to!!

NEED TO FIX: internet sharing via usb pop up doesnt currently link to internet sharing correctly. To use internet sharing u have to do it by going to start>programs>tools>internet sharing!!

So, step one is to download the ROM, the bootloader.exe, and the 'configure MMS cab for Verizon' and put them on my SD card, right? Then I assume I run the bootloader.exe from the SD card. It will do it's thing and then give me an option of which carrier version to install. Or maybe I click on something that resembles RHODIMG or something? Then I will be able to install various cabs to fix mms and newest radio versions and all that. Seems easy. Somebody tell me if there is more to it than that.
Secondly, and most importantly, if this doesn't work or something goes FUBAR, how to I get everything back to normal?
Third, I'll use SPB Backup and PIM backup. After the ROM is up and running, is it just a matter of running the backups as usual, or do I need to run them a specific way? I've never used PIM before, so that's a little fuzzy.

A apologize profusely for asking 'noob' questions, but this excites me an and makes me nervous all at the same time. I need my phone.

Thank you in advance. Also, no lines like 'drop ROM into booted RUU and flash to', etc. I need advise like you're talking to a 4th grader. "click on line that says this and open file called this'. lol I'm trying, but you guys are on a whole different level....

Aaron
