kjhadfield: Thank you for your help. These are the steps I took.
1.Tap and hold LongPressEndKey
2.Add new key
3.Named- AutoExecute
4.Imported the longpressendkey.reg file you posted.
5.Changed the value to 2.
6.Soft reset.

Nothing happens. I also tried importing the reg you posted to the LongPressEndKey folder and no luck :(. Anything else you suggest I should tried?

i still get in r9 and r9.5 ... lol i think its just the persons luck haha i have nothing installed. umm i might do the flash dance though back to stock just in case i have underlying oddities hanging around from r7/r8.

Can anyone successfully launch Sprint tv on r9? I get the unable to authorize the device error. I went into settings/system to check my divice info & the device ID is listed as HTC_60 Tmobile LEO. Do you guys think thats whats causing this issue? According to deck, r9 was pulled from a shipped Rhodium rom, so I don't know why it is listed as Leo.

shit...i thought i figured it out

when you say you imported the reg i posted to longpressendkey "folder" what do you mean exactly? you shouldnt have to put it in any kind of folder, but just extract the rar and then tap the reg file in it and it should import it to the right spot. use dotfred and it should say sumthing like import complete , hit ok then soft reset.

if that doesnt work i'm not sure...i also tried roaming the registry for anything else but nothing caught my eye

This is because of Swype. The deviceid has to be faked as a Leo in order to get Swype to work. Personally, I choose to have Swype over Sprint TV. I believe you can edit the modelname.txt file and change it back to RhodiumW...

it could be hardware issues too. cuz every tp2 is never the exact same as the other whether on the same carrier or not. this was a issue on the vogue roms too, sum had issues sum not so its possible its hardware

i dont know what else it could be, seeing how sum have the sod and sum not...cuz i havent had it (knock on wood) and i didnt do the flash dance currently on r9

has anyone had issues with the camera quality and this rom?

I set it to the highest resolution and superfine detail, and all the pictures come out very poor. I have had this problem since I first tried this rom on R2, and am on 8.5 right now... If I try the stock rom, it works fine...

I imported the reg using the bottom left icon on the dotFred Regeditor. but I also followed the instruction above. No luck :(. I flashed back to r9 and the option for long press is there then flashed back to 9.5 and is gone :(.

Anyone else having this issue with 9.5?

Hey thanx deck for the ROM.. its great.. keep up good work and hopefully you can get to fix the SOD problem.. its happened to me 2 times already... if that were fixed it would be the perfect touch pro 2/leo ROM...
and also... since sprint tv dont work.. i read above tek818 posted that you can change the "modelname.txt" file.. would that make sprint tv work?
i dont mind not having this swype.. i have another one that might work but
would changing the modelname.txt file bring back sprit tv?
and how do u change it?
