Just had my first SOD on R9.
Was previously on R7 without a single SOD.
Had Total Commander open and set phone down a moment. When I returned it was SOD'd.

Edit: was just able to reproduce it. Same scenario. Had TC open. Let phone sit until it falls asleep on it own. No worky anymore. SOD.

First i just wanna say thanks for a GREAT ROM!! I've tried at least 15 over the past week and this so far is the FASTEST and most responsive rom yet.. And The icons are some of the best looking as well.

I attached a Screenshot of my problem. after letting the phone sit for abou 25-30 secs the screen goes scrambled and u can slightly see the Comm manager open.. which wasnt open before..

So when the phone's idling at the main screen with the clock.. it takes about 25-30 secs for it to go to this screen. after i push end.. it goes back to the main screen like normal again.. than 25-30 secs it goes scrambled again.

Ived tried changing the animated wallpaper and weather background.. still the same..

Only things i have installed are the Disable HTC messaging cab and the Cookies Home tab mod.

If this rom wasnt so fast I wouldn't care about this problem like the rest of the rom's i tried. But this rom is defintely a keeper so i would like to try and fix this one issue im having.. Thanks for your time and suggestions! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This is an HTC issue and has nothing to do with the rom. With Manilla 2.5 out for like 2 months now, still no solutions (unless by disabling it). Our next hope is the official Sprint update with 6.5 Sense 2.5 which sould be here before the end of the year.:disgust:

I hard reset the phone, and now I cant reproduce the SOD I had with TC open.
However, right after the hard reset the first time the phone went into sleep mode I had to hit the top button 5-6 times before it finally woke up. That has only happened once - fingers crossed.

Some bugs:
1) I've set Alarms on, but the home screen still says Alarm Off
2) When you go to Phone Options, CDMA Services and select "Automatic Prepend", the options are "Radio1, Radio2" which is a bug..
3) Under "Software informatio" under the "about phone", usage data is not showing up..
4) Opera thinks my HTC TP2 is a m80 or something like that since when I go to google maps wbesite through google mobile to donwload the latest version, it says i cant download since my m80 is not supported.. When i do it through IE, it lets me download..

There were a few more little ones but these are the ones I found..

Can anyone help me with these issues?
