I appreciate you porting over 23518. hated to ask you, but I really liked it and I wanted to try your version of it since I'm on Sprint also. I'll check it out when i get home. Thanks!

I tried running the Manila start menu cab in the 6.5.3 new build and I thought it would let me again hit the upper left corner of homescreen to get the programs list but it does not work for me. Is that what it is supposed to do - I am talking about the cab under the Malrom folder and thanks again for your work mal.

Nah, don't worry, I was going to do it anyways. It's just a bit of work as I customize a lot in the SYS folder. But I too really wanted the threaded email, so it was just a matter of time. But sometimes I need to be prodded, so that's fine too ;-)
Woo. Yeah, SugarSync got nailed...you guys downloaded the 6.5.3 version like 90+ in the first hour, lol. Then there were the other 3 builds...
No, that .cab just turns on the Manila Start menu and maps it to the Win key. Hitting the MS Flag brings up the default WM start menu. I've never had anything that allows you to tap the upper left corner in 6.5.3.

Hi I loaded it and it's up and running - Like it better than the Verizon 6.5 :)
I did notice 3 things -
Keyboard mapping is still off ! comes up colon, etc
There is a windows emblem in notification bar when tapped - it says HTC Volume Control do your volume settings - no clue
and I remember touching upper left corner - to bring up a customizable menu of programs - am I totally crazy?

Once again great ROM !!

Mal - thanks for the ROM update. Quick q - any reason you changed the text messages such that clicking on a text in touch flo now goes to HTC messaging instead of WM messaging? Is there a .cab that you can install to change it back, as I prefer WM messaging. Thanks again.

Hmm..may need to install the Sprint or Verizon KB map. Search in this thread for it. Next build I'll have it under \My Documents\MalROM for easy access.

Win Emblem: yup, that's fine. That's what happens when using the HTC Volume control in 6.5.3, it takes over the default volume icon. No biggy, nothing to fix.

Re customizable menu, I think you're totally crazy, lol. I think you're thinking of Quick Menu which NRG uses?
