yeah, the 23540 seems pretty good so far. Very responsive, and i threw some extra reg tweaks and apps in there as well. And just so it doesn't get lost in the posts, here's the link again for the new test ROM.

Ameba (Adapting Menu Bar) works great to solve this issue. It also makes sure that the bottom "X" closes programs. It's available from here:

I have to use the launcher on Dibbs ROM because the service doesn't start sometimes even though it's set to automatic.

Wondering if this plays well with ark switch. Have you tried them both? Also wondering if Ark Switch had anything to do with my windows start problems with this ROM. I'm using 1.04...

Is the 23540 rom just a sys update to the 23534 rom?

I was able to download and unzip without incident. The ROM utility installed as-expected. Both the 23534 and the 23540 builds...

Dibbs, I, personally would enjoy a WM text message version(I am aware that I can still use it) but I can never get htc messaging to do MMS. If someone has this working please do share. The reg file is a zip due to PPC restrictions on registry files. Soft reset after you use it to see changes.

EDIT: If I don't make sense I'm sorry but it's my birthday and I'm slightly intoxicated. Goodday chaps.
How do you import the reg file. I tried PHM Regedit and tried to run the file from the SD card and I cannot get it to import.

Also has any Verizon Wireless user have to install the provisioning cab, then soft reset and install it again to actually get data to work? It's not with the provisioning cab itself because I downloaded the one from MM's ROM and had to do the same thing. I just think there's some conflicts with stuff in the ROM and Verizon's network because I tried another ROM with the same sys and build of Manilla and was able to use AGPS with Google Maps and not have to turn "gps" on Got a triangulation lock instantly.
