Still haven't had that happen on my end, and no one else has said anything. Working on somethings now. Should have a pretty good update either tonight or tomorrow. I've got most things done. Just doing some tweaking here and there.

No problems here after a few days. cabs seem to install ok and no text lockups so far.

Hey Dibbson, I like the new Sprint ROM. Like the Idea that you have made ROMs for each carrier and all of the new stuff!

On your next update would you please check the box for my beloved Voice Command, you know that I can't live without it!

i just had a lockup. was typing in htc messenging and received a text from person i was responding to. it gave the popup and i hit "save as read" and then it was frozen. i had to soft reset.

on another note, i wish my screen wouldnt turn on when i get a new sms.

I agree! Although the cabs posted earlier in this thread worked just fine and installed without a hitch. So we always have that option...

I think the screen turning on is related to on screen notifications for sms. You can change it in Sounds & Notifications->Notifications.

On another note, I have been randomly experiencing issues with the data connection. Many times I wake up my phone to find an Error cannot connect to #777 (data connection). Just now it got stuck in a loop where it kept trying to connect to data, but couldn't so I kept getting an Error every few seconds. A soft-reset fixes the issue.

there is a sprint test rom i just uploaded on the FTP. give it a go and let me know what you think. Notable changes is i added the new version of ameba (close on X). you can set that up to exclude certain apps or set certain apps up to close on tap and hold of X. you can change it in the registry. also long press of start menu button will now open up arkswitch (you can still press on the top left as well). comm manager now has wifi router in the menu. camera has been updated. zoombar app added, and a few other tweaks here and there. MH UC now named appropriately in the tools folder.

I like them. On your prior ROMs, I always installed the Livven glass enhancements which also made the two center buttons square. With these enhancements, I probably won't install Livven...

i haven't made a cab yet, but here are the files if you want to use total commander to move them into the windows directory of your phone for the newer buttons.

just a couple small alignments, just me nitpicking, you probably wouldn't have noticed but it was buggin me, lol. I was gonna do a couple more manila tweaks, but i couldn't decide what i wanted to do. I just want feedback on how that test runs, and if there are any issues to address before i drop all 3 out there.

OK, got another question, I put the new buttons in and I have a white square around the green Windows button.

I have the Co0kie mod and Santod's HQ wallpaper cab installed along with an HD Walls wallpaper. I suppose one of those caused a problem??

Is the Sprint test 51 or 49????

manila is definitely slower and flickers more in test build. can i install xda shutdown over that action screen thingy? i forget what its called bc i've always hated it.

since that mapped key and app have been debated by some before. i will just leave it out and you can install which ever one you want, like the top taskbar icons.

The new Sprint Test Rom is running Nicely. I installed tsowen Taskbar and broke the volume control is there a way you can make a cab to put the htc volume back in

dibbs, just tried the test rom, and I use bluetooth. the comm manager might turn on bluetooth but it still show it off. I verified this by going into bluetooth (settings) and it was turned on, but showed off in comm manager...

this is only 5 minutes into testing so I will be testing though out the day for anything else and let you know.

Also I do not run HTC Sense, I run SPB Mobile Shell so I disable HTC Sense. I have had no problems running SPB on your ROMs. SPB is more customizable than what HTC Sense is, so that is why I use it.

I'm sure I saw a cab for that floating around here or xda. I don't have a cab for that off hand.

Yeah, I noticed the bt thing. I have it fixed, i was trying the phone canvas from the new sprint 6.5, but the bt icon is broke in that dialer for the top taskbar bt icon. The comm manager was also screwing up too because it wouldn't even switch the on/off switch to "on" even though the bt would turn on and show the bt icon in the top taskbar. Oh well... good to hear that runs well, I don't ever use spb, but at least I know it plays well.

A new sprint test rom will be uploading soon with some of the new tweaks and changes. There are some visual changes in this test. I tweaked those new buttons a tad to make them way better. Couple reg tweaks to smooth a couple things out. New theme, the theme will be on all ROM versions with final update, and the classic black will be available as an online downloading theme soon as well as a couple more for Sense 2.5. The Sense 2.5 themes will be all inclusive to change every thing needed for the entire theme. ROM should start uploading within the hour for testing.

I lied. I am still getting the lock ups while texting but seems to be fewer now. I am going to try to disable the notification that comes up to see if that's the problem. Let you know if that fixes that issue. Like the changes that you made and cant wait to see the new buttons.
