Hard reset and try this CAB. I looked at the one you posted, and there seemed to be some potential issues with a couple registry keys that shouldn't be there. Try this attached CAB and see if that helps any. If not, I have another idea.

The ProvisioningTelus.cab doesn't work on the 4-25Vtest ROM. It say that it just can't installed it and something like "try to install in a different location".

If I can make a suggestion for the next ROM version, it would be very nice if we had a bootscreen much cooler than the actual one. Don't want to complain about your work, Dibbson. I really enjoy you ROMs... with or without the bootscreen. :wink:

When the next update gets released this weekend, I will be including a ROM that has Telus prov already cooked in for data settings, but I don't have the MMS settings for Telus though. I have removed the initial boot splash and left it stock (so it won't be there if you flash another ROM), but the normal splash is there to stay. Sorry if the image isn't fancy enough, but the name of the ROM series is Medium Hill.....
