there used to be a SIPChange.cab for taht purpose...not sure if it is in the ROM or not ...nor if it will work on these 2.5 Roms..

Does anyone know of another link where I can download the site linked to the first post I get an error since last night.

does anyone know where i can get the wallpaper with just that black picture in back of the clock i tried searching 2.5 wallpaper and things like that but no findings

Yeah it does work. im running on groove's 1921 version and i have max manilla totally running. Just watch out instaling the Bigad remover carrier name cab. i used it and had a big white square on the corner of my screen. had to hard reset to remove.
