1921 running great so far. Try this dialer from http://www.iconsoft.com
It's called PhonEx and it's awesome...

So what does 1921 change, or is it more of just a programming update.

Best ROM I've had so far but I like the original S2A Screen that pops up when you answer a call, the one that's included looks like kids toy phone

The 1921 version keeps creating the HTC Calendar, Music, and People shortcuts but the icons are missing. I delete them reboot and they just come back.

The 1920 version doesn't have the icon issue.

It has the original S2A screen but what happens is the phone is set to lock while in a call. So when the call ends you get the WinMo dialer. To fix this you can disable the lock while in call. I will give you the name of the program once my phone is done flashing.

The program is CSDEVCTRL.

Open the program and then touch (LOCK) Triggers & Options and uncheck "Lock during Call". Hit ok and thats it.
