PPCGeeks - indagroove's Sense 2.5 TouchPro ROM - CE OS 5.2.23506 (Build 23506.5.5.0) [111909]

hard reset wasnt working (holding volume down and middle dpad then resetting). I was able to get into the tricolor screen but nothing else. After over an hour of multiple soft resets and attempts at hard resetting the phone finally started booting but it was going through the process of a hard reset in a very buggy way that it couldnt complete. Luckily i was able to get to the clear storage menu and hard reset that way and everything is working fine now.

I'm not sure what could've caused this but the phone started acting really weird after i started to customize the touch flo icons. My shortcuts werent working, when changing a ringtone only about 5 were available and none were the builtin ringtones but some recordings i made, and also the touch flo interface was a bit disoriented. After soft resetting i was then getting that problem.

Everything is fine now and i really like the rom, but im going to have to flash back to stock if this happens again (almost thought i had a brick:( ).

same thing happened to me...

Make sure you flash the stock then this one again... Aka flash dance.

Someone else PMed me about this same thing - I think blockhead. He worked it out - apparently, you can't move them. They need to be left there or completely removed. They're cooked into the start menu, so I assume you're seeing those white boxy things after a soft reset even though you moved the programs elsewhere. Sorry I don't have a proper fix.

Off hand if I am not mistaken, you would have to have the folder name and icon listed alongside the others in the HTC part of your registry...
Edit: I was thinkin of the 2 reg keys to make the folder, I havent tried or put the shortcuts since I had my Vista crash, so yits just a suggestion.

This rom is pretty sweet was working really well for like 3 days then all of a sudden everything kept coming up unsigned and couldn't open on day when i randomly soft reset. Literally I couldn't open a single thing. Almost couldn't hard reset but i was able to go to tri color by holding the buttons and flashing a different rom. Any one have this happen? I like this rom and kinda wanna use it but if it does that its a no go for me.

Odd, I have not experienced this situation, maybe you need to reflash. So far this ROM has been very stable.

Thats what I thought too. Very strange I even hard reset after i flashed the first time.
Eh maybe i'll give it one more go.

Same here, I've been using the 1119 version since about the 20th. Haven't experienced any of those problems. Although, I haven't ran it straight for these past 6 days. I have been configuring Sashimi and testing.

does bg 4all come in a cab or do i just place bg4all folders into the windows folder, then soft reset? and can i install bg4all (home screen quick links for programs), on tf3d2.1?, or only on a 2.5 rom? can i please get a link for bg4all cab please? thanks ppc geeks!!

Not sure if there's any interest, but I always thought the blue Lock Slider looked weird with the Topaz background. So I made some Topaz Lock Slider Buttons to go with it.

Make sure the phone is not locked (so lock files are not in use)
Install CAB
Soft Reset

Would you know where I could find a CAB for this slider. I tried searching. Nothing on PPCGeeks and XDA was down.

Looks nice. I always kinda felt the same way, but never got around to changing it.
