Any reason when I arrange all the shortcuts into folders certain HTC apps come back into the Start Menu sans their icons? How can I prevent this?

On Touch Pro, the Sense 2.5 messaging tab will never be 100%. There will always be some issue either related to MMS or to the contact picker. You can work around the MMS issue (and it may get a real fix at some point), and make the contact picker work right, but then you will be breaking some functions of your hardware keyboard due to the need for a newer et9 which doesn't play nice with TP keyboards. IMO, it is really best the way it is now.

Does the contact picker work correctly, or does it just select contacts by email address when sending new sms. If it does work correctly, do all the alternate functions of the hardware keyboard work correctly? I would be be very surprised if they did.

to me i would rather have a smooth rom working and looking bad as hell then the htc messaging...i installed vito sms and when in the lockscreen it defaults to that and that works awesome....indy..i love your work and when i eventually get a tp2 i can see myself as an indy groupie..haha..

Go go the settings tab on tf3d then select the first one "personalize". You will see under there, there are options to change home tab wallpaper. Select a picture wallpaper instead of the weather wallpaper.

I'm assuming your referring to the weather wallpaper, not the weather status itself. On the Home screen, you can click Menu to change and modify the wallpaper. You can also access it through the Settings Tab to the far right.
