Try changing your pollinterval to 25000 or something around there.
Might help.

I am not running this rom but I got a PM to check it out.
Just thought I would throw in some help if I could.

It's fast, smooth and great on the battery life so THANK YOU SO MUCH for the great work.
However, I want to share with you all the one file this ROM so needs to be perfect. The file called "Quick Menu 2.7".
I'm sure this file is posted somewhere on this forum but to save you the hassle of searching; I attached it.
Simply install the cab to your device and run it. And whenever you need to re-open an application or close one that's running in the background just click on the upper left corner and the "Quick Menu" will appear where you can "X" out to close a running program or click on that program to re-open it.
Can't wait to re-flash your next update of this ROM and hopefully it'll feature the TF3D 2.6 Manila (with the HTC Hero like "flip clock and weather").
Thanks again
Thanks for this tip!

So far the program opens just fine, but I can't figure out how you are able to access the program by typing in the upper left hand corner. When I tap in the upper left, I get the quick menu with the windows logo, the connection manager, volume, battery and clock.

How are you able to put the get quick menu into that drop down?

Thanks!

Remember to run the Quick Menu app after you install it by going to your programs and clicking on it. You'll only need to do that once and Quick Menu will always run on its own after that. Let me know if you now able to open it by tapping on the upper left corner.

Re: EmpiROM - Featuring TellMe & WM6.5.1 - Fast, Stable, Sleek. For Touch Pro.

Also,

does anyone know of a .cab or similar that allows for one click bluetooth on/off? I use that all the time for my headset.

Also, I want to re-iterate how great this ROM is. It seriously beats the pants off all the others I've used! Further, I know that the OP is probably getting a bit overwhelmed with all the different requests so again, thanks for your hard work!

Ok, its working now, I restarted the handset and I have press in the very upper left corner only. I.e. a 1/4" to the right brings up the drop down menu.

I've got to say that this tool is in many ways better then what I've been used to.This just might do what I've been asking for! Thanks again for the tip!

I'm glad I was able to help. This solution in my opinion is much better and easier than using a Task Manager and once you use it you'll understand what I mean

Re: EmpiROM - Featuring TellMe & WM6.5.1 - Fast, Stable, Sleek. For Touch Pro.

My only question regarding the programs/task manager issue is if anyone has a suggestion for viewing the processor performance.

I.e. while I find the Quick Menu 2.7 to be a superior task manager, it doesn't show how hard the processor is working.

Thanks!

Attached the file you're looking for. I install it after I flash any new ROM. It's a staple for me, too, but for WiFi. The attached file will add an icon for both Bluetooth and WiFi quick toggling. Hope this helps!

oh, and I did not create the file/program, sorry to say I forgot who did, but THANK YOU to whoever shared the great little app with the world!

someone else was looking to remap softkeys - see the SoftkeyAppletEx.cab. I have not used it on any 6.5.x ROMs, but have on others, with good success.
Attached Files
File Type: zip radio_utilities.zip (9.9 KB, 18 views) Click for barcode!
File Type: cab SoftkeyAppletEx.cab (67.0 KB, 12 views) Click for barcode!

Thanks a lot for the tool...though I might just be having a huge brain fart, bc I can't seem to get the radio utilities to open on my phone.

I've downloaded the file, copied it to my phone, but on the phone it shows as "read only file" and when I click on it in the phone, nothing happens. (Ordinarily it will open the program and install it).

Any suggestions?

Update:

I answered my own question by going into my "system utilities" > pocketRAR and opening the file there...haven't had to do this before, but wtv...

the tool works great! Thanks!

Update 2:

Installed the "Softkey" app and either I've not mapped correctly or it doesn't work with this rom.

No button works except those that I've already mapped using the standard button mapping method.
