I tried this taskbar but after install and reset, it worked once (sort of) and then apparently has stopped working after that.

I said it worked sort of because unlike what I'm used to (A small list of the programs open and how much processor power is being used), it opened "task manager lite"...

Not sure why its acting weird...

I don't know what task manager lite is. It just works like it did with the energy roms that I am most accustomed to. On another note, and it is still early, this rom is playing nice with the overclocker. Opera is flying

Is there any real reason why you have to know how hard the processor is working? I can't come up with why that's so important and maybe I'm missing something. If my phone starts to slow down I reset it I don't need another program to tell me it's slowing down. Just curious is all.

Great ROM. I've been wanting to try WM6.5
Only thing I've noticed is that my light sensor is not working.
Anyone else notice that?

I've done a bit of searching and found

"ACBTaskMan"

which provides a very in depth processor monitor using a graph.

I've downloaded it and while I think its not bad (and I did pay them the $8.00 for it) its also not exactly what I was looking for.

What I am still hoping to find is some way to replace the taskmanager tab on the task bar. Something that shows me the few processes that are active and the processor performance.

The acbTaskMan software is awesome but its a bit more info that I'm looking for in this case.

this is one stable rom. i've done a lot of flashing in the past few weeks, and will probably stay on this one for a while, lol
