Yea it was there in your last ROM, sorry I'm not being clear. I've tried tapping everywhere on that top bar but can never get anything to happen.

I have added around 20 programs and when I hit the windows button to get to my programs, and I then scroll the programs, it is just 3 streaks. I do a soft reset the icons are perfect, then I scroll the programs it is a streak again. Should I hard reset, reflash? I went to stock, hard reset, then longhorn, hard reset then I added my programs.

Yes, smearing! I put the programs in folders and I think I got it to stop. I tried different themes but had the same results.

yea i seen this but its like something is messing up when it loads a theme so you have to keep switching themes and soft resetting till it goes back normal

hey man just wanted to say this is one of the best ROMs I've tried out so far. The bugs are minor, and the thing is just smooth as can be. Good stuff.
