Weather Location Database

In order to enter your city for Titanium Weather to work, you must
download the attachment at the end of this post. Search for your
city in there, and enter it as: NAM|COUNTRY|PROVINCE/STATE|CITY.

Ex: NAM|CA|ON|TORONTO

I can't seem to find either of these on the end of the post, so how do I fix the weather to add my city and GPS?

How can I remove my carrier name from the top? It's taking up a lot of room on the home screen.

O.K. Guess US Cellular isn't part of the equation, and the weather thing is a little harder to understand, all that was on the XDA Zip was a text file. And the cities I pay attention to isn't on it. Oh well, guess I will stick with Chicago, it is a few miles away but will do.

Bridgeview, IL
Tinley Park, IL
Lyons, IL
Midway Park, NC

Those are the cities I pay attention to.

O.K. I don't need the GPS cab because my GPS works. The only thing I really would like is simple instruction to get the cities I want. But so far the ROM looks promising..

The instructions in the first post are pretty straight forward. However if you can't find your city, go on the official accuweather website, find your city, then input the same code starting with NAM in the titanium weather tab. Also alternatively you can use the second UI, Manila 2.1 and it will automatically find your city. Make sure your data connection is turned on though.

Here is an example of the first city you posted

Bridgeview, IL --> NAM|US|IL|Bridgeview

Use this site with that link to easily change your city and state and find the NAM code:

Ohh... that hurts. I had to finally buy an extra cable to leave at work. There are a few of us at work constantly finding new and fun things to put on our phones.
