Thinking about giving this a try but I'm worried the keyboard lag may be an issue. I see from the screenshot that the character counter is still present in the text composition screen and I know removing that considerably reduced keyboard lag. I'm going to give it a try, but anyone know of a cab or anything to remove that?

Flashed. Everything seems to be working well other than the "Clear Storage" option in the system settings. Not a big deal considering there are other ways to hard reset. Seems pretty quick, although there is some keyboard lag that I was afraid of. Otherwise everything seems to be working well at the moment. Nice work.

Thanks for your 6.1 ROM! As 6.5 is a Beta, I'll play with your ROM and check it out :)

I think that 6.5 drains more battery eventhough I like it :)
