deleted startup manilafixpos.exe
uninstalled my taskbar soft reset
installed showcase soft reset
and this is what i get the arrow over my clock

Yeah, the Gadgetrom taskbar works good. The only slight issue with it is that after a soft-reset for about 2-3 seconds before TF loads up it puts a weird white bottom taskbar on the screen. It says Phone on the far left of the taskbar and Contacts just to the right of that. Like I said usually it goes away after a couple of seconds. Every once in a while it won't go away and I hold down the power button till the turn phone off? prompt comes up which then brings up the start menu button in the bottom left corner and then from there I can start things up. But it's rare for that to happen. Most of the time it's smooth sailing.

I still HATE have Windows menus in my Manila! Sucks some of the beauty and functionality right out of Manila.

zombie, install showcase suite, not original showcase. it will fix your manila problems and give you a task manager. I will make a cab that will give you back your manila start menu sharkie. and to maxx who posted all the answers to all the issues... thanks! I am glad you like my stuff.\
