all you need to do is open m9editoer, point it to the manila directory, sort by type, go to manila.mode9 (5292a661_manila) search for black.qtc, see where it says black.qtc and change posy=80 to posy=20

edit: may want to do this in the mode9 for bg4all, if you see no results. edit the last occurence of that file, so it is the last one and does not get overwritten :)

phcanvga only fixes the position and scaling of the dialer tfrom 480x800 to 480x640. It might work with nonpatched tachi dialers, but tachi is already VGA. I would just get rid of phcanvga if you arent using rhodium dialer (by default, you are, it is what I have in the kitchen besides the stock WM dialer)

Anyone got a "show programs tab" app.reg file from manila 2.1 laying around they can post? I've tried like 15 times to make one for the kitchen, but it just won't work. I'm doing it the same way I've done all my other regedits. I can't figure it out :scratch:. I'm sure I'm doing it right cuz I can do it by editing the registry on the phone, it just won't stick when I cook it...

I got it. I just had to move the .reg file for the programs tab out of my 10_Sharkies_Regedits spot to the 7_manila_tweaks_2.1. I'm not sure what ahead of 10 was causing the regedits not to work, but it seems like that's what was happening.

In case anyone hadn't heard and had missed not having it lately, I just came across ithis today. It's from the Xperia2 I think? Anyway, as you can see in my screenshot, it works great on TPs! I'm not sure why RZ ended up taking the other one out. Too many issues no doubt. This one pulls up the same way from the right corner except there's no double tapping or having to play around to get it to pop up.

Edit - I just found these over in NRGZ thread. The first cab in the list, the one I had already posted and the one in the screenshots, looks blue to me. Maybe it's the same one as the second, I'm not sure. I think the original is orange I read somewhere.

RZ I had some months with my TP and satarted with the famous chefs.
But for me your work it's very fantastic every day I know we are passing for the proces trying to stablish and adapting the Manila 2.5 to our TP'S and this some times give us some frustrations but for me any Rom it's almost perfect such yours. I hope you never sotp giving us your fantastic work.

I'm happy as long as he keeps supplying us w/the newest ready to go WM builds. I'm still too noob to make what Da_G posts usuable in my ROMs.

outstanding! great find. I did take out taskfacade, its slow and the stock wm task manager is much faster.. this however looks perfect. I would have just stuck with regular htc task manager but the stupid dance to get it to pop up was not worth it.. :) thanks

edit: in only works when you are on the home screen? it should work globally, otherwise its no more conventient than double-tapping back to launch the WM one...

yeah, I think it only works from the home screen. I still think it's more convenient than HTC Taskmanager. I couldn't get that one to come up at least 30% of the time on any screen w/out at least 5 or 6 taps on that corner. Also w/out Taskfacade screwing w/my home button, the home page is only ever one click away.
